NDT Inspection:

Ensure Structural Integrity and Maximize Safety

What is a NDT Inspection?

Non-Destructive Testing (NDT)  is a critical service that evaluates the integrity and quality of welds in industrial machinery and structures. At Predict Industrial Reliability, our NDT process allows us to inspect welds thoroughly without causing any damage to the equipment or structure itself. This testing is invaluable in identifying small cracks, flaws, or irregularities that could compromise the strength and durability of welds over time. Using advanced tools and technology, we provide accurate, real-time feedback on the condition of your machinery, helping you maintain a safer, more reliable operational environment.

Why Choose Predict for Your NDT Inspection

Weld integrity is essential for the safety and reliability of any industrial setup, particularly in environments where heavy machinery and high-stress structures are in constant operation. Choosing Predict Industrial Reliability for NDT inspection means you get a partner who understands the stakes. We bring over two decades of experience in the field, with a team of experts who know how to spot even the most subtle indications of wear or stress in welds.

Here are some key reasons why booking our NDT service can make a difference for your operations:

Prevent Catastrophic Failure:

Weld failures don’t just mean costly downtime—they can also lead to significant safety hazards. By using non-invasive testing methods, we can identify problems before they lead to serious failures or accidents.

Save Money Long-Term:

Small weld flaws can grow into big issues if left undetected. Routine NDT inspections allow you to address these issues early, helping to avoid emergency repairs and costly machine replacements.

Compliance with Industry Standards:

Many industries, including manufacturing, construction, and energy, have rigorous standards for equipment safety. Our NDT inspection service aligns with these standards, ensuring your machinery remains in compliance.

What Does Our NDT Process Look Like?

Our NDT inspection process is designed to be thorough yet efficient, minimizing downtime while maximizing the accuracy of results. Here’s how it works:

1

Preparation and Planning
We assess the type and size of inspection, considering the materials and any operational stresses they endure. This preparation allows us to use the most suitable NDT method for your specific needs.

2

Application of NDT Techniques

We use various NDT techniques, including ultrasonic testing, radiographic testing, and magnetic particle testing. Each method is chosen based on your site's specifications and the types of flaws we need to detect.

3

Data Analysis and Reporting

After the inspection, we analyze the data to determine if any critical issues need immediate attention or if there are early signs of wear that should be monitored. We then compile this information into a detailed report, outlining each weld’s condition and offering recommendations.
